Sharaton Bus Tours Include: All transportation will be via restroom-equipped, climate-controlled motor coach. Tours include all listed accommodations, meals, and attractions listed in the final tour itinerary.

Non-Smoking Tours: All tours in this brochure have been designated as Non-Smoking tours. In order to accommodate our tour patrons who are non-smokers, or who can not tolerate cigarette smoke, we must insist that No Smoking be allowed on board our motor coach for these tours. Our drivers have been authorized to enforce this restriction.

Alcoholic Beverages: The consumption of alcoholic beverages by any tour member while on board our motor coach is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse to transport any person(s) who do not conform to this rule, and our drivers have been authorized to terminate the tour for any individual who insists on violating this regulation. This rule is not intended to apply at any time except while on board our motor coach. No coolers or thermos jugs shall be placed in the overhead storage racks or in the bus aisle. Coolers must be able to slide under your seat.

Proof of Citizenship: U.S. citizens entering Canada must have proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate, passport, or naturalization papers.

Tours Do Not Include: Meals, attractions, or local guides not listed in the itinerary are not included. Nor are any items of a personal nature included. Tips to the driver, escort, and local guides are not included in the tour cost. Tipping is optional, based on the quality of service rendered. Gratuities should be extended on an individual and voluntary basis.

Note: Making reservations early will help guarantee the success of a trip that may not go due to low numbers. It is never too early or too late to call.

Reservations & Information: For information about a trip or for more information, call our offices or contact us. Reservations are held without deposit, or payment in full, for five days after the reservation is made. NO EXCEPTIONS! Seating arrangements will be on a first come, first served basis for paid reservations. This applies to both the one-day and multi-day tours. We reserve the right to refuse any reservations.

Billing: We do not send notices of due payments as such a process would be very costly and would result in an increase in the cost of each tour. It is the customer's responsibility to forward the proper Deposit and/or Final Payment when due. Your payment is important as we reserve the right to cancel any reservation(s) which proper payment has not been paid on time. If payment is not received, our computer system will automatically release your reservation(s).

For your protection, please consider the motor coach tour protection plan--trip insurance will work for you in the event of a medical emergency or any unforeseen circumstances.

Payments & Deposits: When sending payment, please attach a note specifying the trip name, the number of passengers, names of the passengers, and a large self-addressed stamped envelope for return of receipt. This is very important--your receipt will not be sent back if your stamped envelope is not enclosed. One-day tours require payment in full of a 50% deposit within 5 days of the date on which the reservation is made. Stricter deposits will apply to all one-day tours which include tickets or any special event purchased in advance. Multi-day tours require a deposit of $250.00 per person due within 5 days of the date on which the reservation is made. Larger deposits may be required on trips consisting of 5 days and longer. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure date. Payment in full is required if reservations are made less than 30 days prior to departure date.

Upon receiving payment and large self-addressed stamped envelope, a paid receipt and a tour itinerary will be mailed. Tickets and travel documents are distributed on the day of the tour. A service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds for Broadway plays, concerts, dinner theaters, sports events, or any other special event for which tickets were purchased in advance.

Multi-Day Tours: All cancellations received prior to the date of the tour for multi-day tours are subject to penalty and will receive refund of transportation only. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 72 hours of departure or no shows.

One-Day Tours: All cancellations on one-day tours that do not include tickets, meals, or special features will receive a refund of half. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 72 hours of departure of no shows on all trips. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!
**Due to unforeseen circumstances on behalf of Sharaton and the motor coach goes to the specified destination but the traveler chooses not to go there, there will be no refunds for no shows.

All refunds will be issued 30 days after trip departure.

Luggage: On all overnight tours and extended tours, luggage us limited to one (1) large suitcase. Small articles such as coats, cameras, and other "personal" and or "valuables" must be handled by the individual. Although the coach is locked whenever unoccupied, we are not responsible for valuables or lost articles.

Seating: All seating is assigned in the order of the date by which payments are received from the individual. Seating is assigned starting at the front of the coach to the rear of the coach. Odd number parties will be assigned joint seating based on availability. Passengers in the front seats may be asked to move back in respect to a step on guide.

Responsibilities: Sharaton Bus Service, Inc., and/or its solicitors, act solely as agents in arranging transportation, hotel and motel accommodations, sightseeing and all other services and does not assume liability for injury, damage, accident, or delay due to any act or default of any company or person engaged in transporting the passenger or rendering any other service, or carrying out arrangements for any tours, or by the act or default of any hotel or motel proprietor or servant. The right is reserved to change or modify the itinerary as circumstances may require, to cancel any tour prior to departure upon the full refund of all monies paid and, if necessary, to change hotels/motels listed by substitution of equal or superior accommodations. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
Itineraries may be changed, reversed, or substitutions made at the discretion of the tour escort or driver with regards to weather, time, etc.

Special Requirements: Any tour member who has disabilities, handicaps, or needs that require special attention should advise our office at the time of booking.

Mailing List: In order to provide more efficient and dependable service, please provide us with Change of Address, Errors in Mailing Labels, and Duplicate Mailings by calling our Tour Department, or by clicking here and sending us a notification via e-mail.

Gambler's Jackpot Policy: The Atlantic City Line Runs have special boarding passes to be used by all passengers. After an Atlantic City Reservation is made and paid in full, the receptionist will send you a receipt and an orange ticket which will be your boarding pass for the motor coach as well as your casino voucher. Boarding passes/receipts will be identified by the motor coach driver. No passenger will be permitted to board the motor coach without the orange ticket. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS! Any cancellation up to 72 hours prior to departure on one-day tours will receive a refund of one-half. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 72 hours of departure or no shows.

Special Note:
A ticket is good only for the date stamped.
A ticket can not be transferred to another date or trip.
Tickets must be returned--complete and intact for a refund if one is available according to the cancellation policy.
